The present conditions govern the trade relations between the Quitandas and registered users of the portal www.quitandas.com hereafter designated as buyers. 



Quitandas following legal terms defined in the No. 1 Art 3 of the Electronic Commerce Law (Decree-Law No.7/2004 January) respecting distance contracts and does not impair the protection of consumers.



The buyer of products and services offered by Quitandas is obliged to accept the terms and conditions set forth herein to proceed with this transaction.



The buyers of products and services offered by Quitandas have to have more than sixteen years to complete the registration process in accordance with the legislation in force.



The prices quoted include VAT at the legal rate.
 

All products will be shipped in packaging with additional protection against shock required by carriers.



Prices do not include delivery costs, charges, special orders or additional costs resulting from the payment with credit cards VISA, Master Card or American Express.



The costs associated with prior service are added to the document of sale once closed the purchase process and should be highly visible so that the buyer can not claim ignorance of them.
